The IMOLA project has been mapping several types of fishing gears in the lagoon water, particularly stake traps (no sao). There are currently three maps available on this website regarding the stake trap location in the Cau Hai lagoon for six communes. As stake traps in the Cau Hai lagoon were rearranged in 2007-2008, these three correspond to the stake trap location before arrangement, in arrangement plan, and after arrangement. Some additional maps for fishing gear (including other types such as bottom net) are also available for other communes from the IMOLA project. Please click on the map to enlarge.
